Ms.Shah, learned Advocate appointed for the applicant, has tendered a copy of the Roznama of the said case. From a perusal of the same, it appears that that till date, ten witnesses have been examined in the said case and that two more witnesses are yet to be examined i.e. two panchas and one investigating officer.

Considering the aforesaid, it is not necessary to consider the application for bail. However, since the trial has come to a fag end, the learned Judge shall to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
Accordingly, the Application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
