The Appellants have filed Criminal Appeal No.448 of 2018 challenging their conviction and sentence passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Satara in Sessions Case No.157 of 2013. The Appeal was admitted and the Appellants were granted bail pending their Appeal vide order dated 18/04/2018. While granting bail, a condition was imposed on them to report to the trial Court on first Monday of every month. That order was passed on 18/04/2018. Thereafter that condition was relaxed vide order Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

05-ia-4055-22 dated 04/12/2018 passed in Criminal Application No.1905 of 2018. Now again this application is made for relaxation of that condition. Further, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the incident is old. Almost 10 years have passed. Since 2018 the applicants are diligently following the conditions imposed on them.

In view of this, since they have executed bail bonds, there does not appear to be any special necessity for directions to them to report to the trial Court any more.

The condition of reporting to the trial Court is deleted. The Application is disposed of.
