By this civil application, the applicant seeks amendment to the writ petition and seeks to add additional grounds set out in the schedule appended to the civil application.

Mr.Sakhare, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent in the writ petition has no objection if the grounds are allowed to be added in the existing grounds of the writ petition. He submits that there is no substance in those grounds. Statement is accepted.

Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs. Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day.
