1. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 10 th October, 2018 the petitioner has already joined and she has been allowed to attend work. The only dispute that now remains is the claim for arrears of salary for the period during which she was allegedly not permitted to join. Mr. Nerlekar submitted that this is an issue which can be agitated at the hearing of the petition.

2. Mr.Lagu states, on instructions, of the petitioner who is present in Court, that she does not wish to press the contempt petition. He states that he will apply for appropriate amendment in the petition. 1/2

3. In view of the statement and at his request, contempt petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
