Heard Mr. Lad, learned Counsel for the applicants and Ms. Naikare, learned Counsel for respondents No.1A, 1B and 2 at length. 2.

By this application under section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'C.P.C'), the applicants have challenged the judgment and order dated 14th December, 2007 passed by the learned trial Judge, Court Room No.17 of the Court of Small Causes at Mumbai in R.A.D. Suit No. 137 of 2000 as also the judgment and order dated 17th October, 2015 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Court of Small Causes at Mumbai in (R)Appeal No.148 of 2008. By these orders, the Courts below dismissed the suit instituted by the plaintiffs for declaration that plaintiff No.1 M/s. Time Centre is the tenant in respect of Shop No.1 situate on the ground floor below staircase admesuring 8'x8' square feet at 200, Suryaji Niwas, Tulsipipe Road, Senapati Bapat Marg, Dadar, Mumbai 400 028.

After arguing the application for quite some time, Mr. Lad on instructions states that he is not pressing this Civil Revision Application. 4.

In view thereof, CRA is dismissed as not pressed. Order accordingly.
