The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the Advocate was not available on that day, as he used to come from Delhi. So, he prays that the Writ Petition be restored. 4.

In view of the submissions, the order dated 26th September, 2018 is hereby set aside. Writ Petition is restored to its original file along with the interim orders passed, if any. 6.
