This petition is filed for challenging the order dated 20th April 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned order is passed on the application to recall the order dated 5th January 2013. He states that the said order is already challenged by the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 5625 of 2019, which is pending before this court alongwith other connected matters. He states that he seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to agitate his Page no. 1 of 2
