DATED : 15th MARCH 2021 P.C:- After hearing the application, learned counsel for the applicant make a motion to withdraw the application. He however, state that the offence is registered in the year 2019 and invoke the relevant section of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO Act'), qua the applicant. Inspite of period of two years, the trial has not advanced, though the charge-sheet itself is filed in the month of May 2019. His only anxiety is that the trial should be expeditiously completed. But, for the situation of Pandemic which affected the trials to a large extent, the POCSO trial would Tilak
