DATE : MARCH 9, 2018 P.C.:­ Mr.Saraogi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions from the petitioner, who is present the Court, makes a motion for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to pursue the complaint in accordance with the order dated October 6, 2017, which is impugned in the present petition. He submits that the compliance will be made within two weeks from today. 2.

Since the petitioner has taken recourse to the legal

2 10) wp4818-17.doc remedy against the impugned order, the request of Mr.Saroagi that the complaint will be withdrawn and presented to the proper Court pursuant the impugned order is accepted. Liberty to the petitioner­complainant to present the complaint within the time mentioned hereabove.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
