By this civil application, applicant-insurance company is seeking stay of the operation and implementation of the judgment and award dated 14.07.2015 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.536 of 2009. He submits that the amount is already deposited as per earlier order passed by this Court. In view of these facts, civil application stands disposed of in terms of order dated 22.03.2016. 3.
