To the production praecipe, a copy of letter dated 9th November, 2017 has been annexed which is addressed by SubDivisional Engineer, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran WM Sub Division, Panchgani to the petitioner. It is stated in the letter that the leakages from the water tank have been removed. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner has verified the correctness of what is stated in the said letter dated 9th November, 2017 and has noted that leakages are no longer there.

pil-200.15 In view of the aforesaid factual situation, it is not necessary to keep the PIL pending as both the prayers have been worked out. Hence, the PIL is disposed of.
