By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 27.09.2018 passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai in M.A. No. 571 of 2018 in Misc. Appeal No. 65 of 2018.

When this Court declined to entertain this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for its identification. Same is accepted. Hence, following order:
