P.C. :- Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The petitioners herein have challenged the order dated 07.04.2022 passed in CC No.2801054/SS/2021 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate 28th Court, Esplanade Mumbai. It is not in dispute that alternate efficacious remedy is available to the petitioners. Hence, this court is not inclined to invoke its jurisdiction.

The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court.
