Learned APP has pointed out that "B" summary was filed on 22/10/2014. We find that there is change of Investigating Agency and challenge to "B" summary report has been filed on 30/11/2015. 2.

In this situation, we grant the petitioner leave to challenge orders if any, passed later and with said liberty and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of present matter.
