Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 are not present since on Friday they have to mark their attendance in local police station as per the conditions of anticipatory bail order. Applicant No.1 is present with his advocate and respondent No.1 complainant is also present with his advocate. He has given affidavit and orally also explained that he is not objecting to quashing of FIR registered by him in the matter of suicide of his daughter. 2.

We have perused the alleged suicide note. There deceased has expressly exonerated all applicants. She has blamed others who were putting unnecessary questions to her.

In this situation, we accept the joint request made and make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
