There is no reason to entertain this Petition, as the interest of justice will be met, if directions are issued to the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune (Respondent No.1) to dispose of the Petitioner's pending Appeal bearing No.16 of 2015 in accordance with law and on its own merits finally within a period of four weeks from today.

The aforesaid direction is necessary, as, the Petitioner, is an elected representative and it is his grievance that the disqualification order was made without offering an opportunity of hearing to him.
