This Application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks quashing of the FIR lodged on 9 November 2015 under Section 498-A, 323 and 504 of IPC. The Petition is filed on 3 December 2015 and has remained pending without Applicant making any effort to get an interim order. The chargesheet has already been filed.
