Heard the learned counsel for parties. The learned Counsel submits consent minutes of order dated 14th August 2018 duly signed by both the Advocates. The same is taken on record and marked as X-for identification, which reads thus : MINUTES OF ORDR "1] The learned advocate for Applicant submits to this Hon'ble Court that Minor son Devang Deokule is not willing to meet

his father i.e. Respondent No.1 herein, hence the impugned Judgment dated 16/07/2016 inter alia providing's for visitation rights to his son is not possible to comply with. 2] The learned advocate for Respondent No.1 submits in view of submissions made herein above that Respondent No.1 father makes statement that he shall not insist for compliance of the said visitation rights/access.

3] In view of the above said submissions and statements made by the parties through their respective advocates, the instant Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "b". 4] It has been specifically made clear that the minutes of order put herein is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respective parties during the pendency of the abovesaid Family Court Appeal No.216 of 2016."

In view of the above facts, Civil Application stands disposed in terms of Minutes of Order.

No order as to costs.
