2] Mr. Marne, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No.5, states that 7000 similar proposals have been received by the Corporation and the Corporation will consider and take decision in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. 3] In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition.
