This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the Trial Court by its order dated 19.9.2014. The learned APP submitted that after completion of the investigation, police have filed chargesheet on 17.6.2015 in the present crime.

In view of the order dated 25th January 2016 passed in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014, the present application as of today does not survive and the same is accordingly dismissed.
