Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Both these civil application are preferred by the Respondent-husband for fixing early date of hearing of the family court appeals.

Learned Advocate Mr.Vikram Deshmukh, appearing on behalf of the Applicant in both the matters states that the Borey 1/2

spb/ 2cam350&351-18.odt applicant is ready and willing to file private paper book within four weeks from today with copy to the other side. Statement accepted.

Hence, following order :

i.

Liberty granted to the applicant in both the matters to file private paper within four weeks from today with copy to the others side.

ii.

Hearing of both the family court appeals expedited.

Iii.

If private paper book is filed within the stipulated time, liberty is granted to the applicant to move before this court for fixing date of final hearing of the appeals. v.

Both these civil applications stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
