In crime No.152/2014 for offence punishable under sections 332, 333, 353, 143, 147, 148, 149, 427, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and sections 37(1) A to F and 135 of the Bombay Police Act registered with Peth Vadgaon police station, Kolhapur, the applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail. 3.
In addition to above, the fact remains that the
2 6) aba2238-18.doc applicants are public servants and very much available to the investigation agency. The applicants are never summoned in the aforesaid crime for last four years. In that view of the matter, the applicants are entitled for pre-arrest bail. Hence the order :- i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.152/2014 for offence punishable under sections 332, 333, 353, 143, 147, 148, 149, 427, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and sections 37(1) A to F and 135 of the Bombay Police Act registered with Peth Vadgaon police station, Kolhapur, the applicants be released on bail on their executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties each in the like amount;
ii) The applicants shall attend the Investigating officer as and when directed;
iii) The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;
iv) The applicants shall co-operate with the investigating agency;
