Affidavit of Shri Ajit Ratan Gowari, Assistant Commissioner, Ward Committee No.2 of the first Respondent dated 23rd February, 2016 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petition may be disposed of by accepting the assurances in the affidavit. However, some time limit may be provided for implementation of the assurances. Hence, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order :

ORDER

(i) The statements made in the affidavit of Shri Ajit Ratan Gowari marked 'X' for identification are accepted as the

(ii) We direct the first Respondent to ensure that the Petitioner is rehabilitated in terms of the resolution dated 11th December, 2015 within a period of eight months from today;
