By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to deposit the sum of Rs.5,000/- awarded as compensation to be paid to the State Legal Aid Authority.

It appears that parties have amicably settled their dispute, pursuant to which, the Revision Application was disposed of, in terms of
2/2 915-appr.687.2016.doc the Consent Terms arrived at between the parties. The applicant vide order dated 26th October, 2016 was directed to pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to the State Legal Aid Authority, within three weeks from the date of the order. 3.
Learned Counsel for the applicant states that due to personal reasons and difficulty, the said costs could not be paid within the stipulated period, hence he requests for extension of time to deposit the said amount of Rs.5,000/-.

For the reasons stated above, the application is allowed. Time to deposit the costs of Rs.5,000/- with State Legal Aid Authority is extended. The applicant shall now deposit the aforesaid amount on or before 5th January, 2017.

The application is is accordingly disposed of. 6.
