1] The present appeal is preferred against Order dated 1st July 2017 passed by the learned Judge, Senior Division, Panvel below Exh.17 in Special Civil Suit No.28 of 2017 thereby refusing to grant ad-interim relief in favour of the appellants.
2] The record indicates that, Application below Exh.5 preferred by the appellants is ready for hearing and in fact the same was scheduled for hearing on 16.1.2020 by the Trial Court.
3] In view thereof, the learned 2nd Joint Judge, Senior Division, Panvel is requested to decide the said Application below Exh.5 finally within a period of three months from today.
