2] Petitioner claiming to be RTI activist and social worker has questioned the orders passed by the State Government dated 22nd June, 2021 and 29th June, 2021, thereby extending retirement age of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 by three years. Admittedly, Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are employees of grant-in-aid college which is not impleaded as party-respondent. Services are approved by Respondent No.3University. 3] In the aforesaid backdrop, if we test very locus of the Petitioner 1/2
27.WP.15500.22.doc to prefer Petition, it cannot be said that Petitioner is at prejudice as he is in no way connected with the issue of services of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5. He is neither related to Respondent No.3-University nor in any way prejudicially affected because of the orders impugned. 4] That being so, no case for interference is made out. Petition stands dismissed.
