DATE : 29/11/2019.

P.C.:

.

Applicant in Criminal Application No.1607 seeks quashing of FIR lodged by respondent No.2. Said respondent No.2 and her son are applicants in Criminal Application No.1608/2019 and their prayer is to quash FIR lodged by relative of the applicants in Criminal Application No.1607/2019 against them.

2.

Parties have settled controversy amicably and affidavits have been filed giving consent. We have questioned them. It is apparent that out of loan transaction the dispute has arisen.

As parties are residing in same village and have settled the controversy, we find that nothing fruitful will come out of the prosecution. 4.

We therefore make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in both the matters.
