---- Mr. Nagesh Y. Chavan for the Applicant.

Ms.Anamika Malhotra, APP for the Respondent . ---- CORAM : SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.

DATE : 18th December, 2017 P.C.:

.

Mr.Chavan, learned counsel for the Applicant upon instructions submits that in the present case the evidence of the victim is recorded. Similarly, the other witnesses are in the course of being examined.

2.

In view of this it would not be appropriate to consider the application for bail. The learned counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. 3.

However, the learned Sessions Judge seized with S.C. No.101/2014 is requested to complete recording of evidence on or before 30/3/2018.
