Heard. By this Civil Application the Applicant wife is seeking stay to the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 16.08.2018 passed by the Family Court, Solapur in Petition No.A-267/2016 allowing the Respondent husband's petition under section 22 of the Special Marriage Act 1954.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Application.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the above Family Court Appeal, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 16.08.2018 passed by the Ld.Judge of the Family Court, Solapur in Petition A-267 of 2016." b.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. c.

No order as to costs.
