Learned APP submits that in spite of intimation given to the Petitioner, he did not co-operate. Learned advocate for the Petitioner states that he will supply hand-writing expert's report to the investigating officer.

We direct the investigating officer to take appropriate decision upon submission of hand-writing expert's report by the Petitioner. The police would communicate to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
