Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that though Application was moved, it has not been disposed of till date. 4.

We find that Petition has been presented on 04/12/2017. Learned Counsel adds that even today that Application is pending.

Learned AGP is seeking time to obtain instructions. He points out that several matters are pending and hence the time may be required to decide the matter.

We are not inclined to adjourn. We direct Respondent No.4 to decide the Application moved by Petitioner in pursuance of directions issued on 27/03/2017 within three months from date of communication of this order to him, if it is not already disposed of.

Writ Petition is accordingly partly allowed and disposed of.

Similarly there is a direction to join Charity Commissioner to decide the Application preferred u/s 41(A) to (D). We therefore issue identical directions even to join Charity Commissioner.
