The learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the next scheduled date is 16.10.2015. The learned counsel, upon instructions, undertakes that respondent No.1 would remain present before the Metropolitan Magistrate. The next date is scheduled for framing of charge. The learned Magistrate shall frame charge against the accused n 16.10.2015 and proceed with the trial in Case No.193/PW/2008 and make every effort to conclude the trial, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
