Versus
The State of Maharashtra & Ors.

Mr. Subhash Jha I/b Law Global for the Petitioner Mr. K. V. Saste, A.P.P for the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2-State CORAM : B. P. DHARMADHIKARI & REVATI MOHITE DERE, JJ.
WEDNESDAY, 16 th JANUARY 2019 P.C. :
Having heard learned counsel for petitioner, we find that different customers have, on different occasions, lodged complaints against petitioner pointing out how they have been cheated. Properties mentioned by them and transactions mentioned by them are distinct. In this situation, as transactions in relation to which offence of cheating is claimed to have been committed, are distinct, we find no substance in contention that only one FIR could have been registered by the police.
