Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that respondent no.1 - Mrs. Heena Chowhan is present in court with the child. At the request of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the father of the child i.e. petitioner was allowed to meet the child for some time. Both, father and son met. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the Family Court, custody petition has been filed by the petitioner on 16/6/2015. So far the respondent no.1 has not appeared before the

1-wp-4654-15 Family Court in the said matter. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that respondent no.1 will put in appearance through her lawyer before the Family Court.
