The only prayer made in these Petitions is to dispose of the Petitions by directing the Respondent No. 2 to decide the Petitioners' Applications filed under Section 24 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999. According to the Petitioner these Applications are heard and closed for final orders by the Competent Authority.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of these Petitions by directing the Respondent No. 2 to decide the Petitioners' Applications if not already been decided as Vishal Parekar 1/2
