Reported in (2001) 4 SCC 280, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to surrender before the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction over Tulinj Police Station, District Palghar on or before 11.00 a.m. on 30th April, 2019. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is disposed off as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
