The parties in person are present before us. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present. The parties have arrived at amicable settlement in respect of the dispute. Gaikwad RD 1/3

The Consent Terms are tendered before the Court. The parties admit the contents of the consent terms and execution thereof. We have ascertained the genuineness of the recitals of the consent terms from the parties. It is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

As per the Consent Terms, the Respondent has deposited various amount before various Court of Mumbai, the details of which have been enumerated in the Consent Terms. It has been agreed that the Appellant shall withdraw these amounts deposited in the various Court.

The parties have annexed to the consent terms a copy of the promissory note dated 30th April 2023 for an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- drawn by Respondent No.3 in the name of the Appellant. It is taken on record and marked 'X1' for identification. The Appellant has produced a copy of his PAN card and Aadhar card so also the Respondent No.3 has produced a copy of his PAN card. Those are taken on record and marked 'X2' and 'X3' for identification respectively. 5.

In view of the consent terms, the Appeals stand disposed off. The applications pending therein, if any, do not survive and also stand disposed.

The Record and proceedings, if any, be sent back to the trial Court.
