Heard the learned Counsel appointed for the applicant. It is clear from the record that the application filed by the present applicant was rejected on 16/11/2016. This Court had quashed and set aside the order dated 11/12/2015 passed by the Sessions Court. The learned Counsel appointed for the applicant submits that the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. The case is committed to the court of Sessions and registered as Sessions Case No. 15/15. 26.ba2449.16.sxw This Court in Criminal BA No. 2202 of 2015 had also considered merits of the matter. In view of this, application made by the applicant dated 16/11/2016 deserves to be rejected. Hence, the application stands rejected and disposed of accordingly.

The learned Counsel appointed for the applicant has put in the best of the efforts to espouse the cause of the applicant. The professional fees are quantified at Rs. 1,500/- to be paid to the learned Counsel within 3 months.
