By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of the investigation from Mumbra Police Station, to any other police station and a direction to carry out re-investigation / fresh investigation, in C.R. No. 1236 of 2022, registered with Mumbra Police Station. Chaitanya Jadhav 1/2

Learned A.P.P. on instructions states that the police, after investigation, have filed a 'C-Summary Report', before the appropriate Court on 20th July, 2023.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition, since 'C-Summary Report' has been filed. It is open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Court, where 'CSummary Report' is filed. 4.

We make it clear, that we have not heard the petition on merits, and as such all contentions of all parties are kept open. 5.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
