This Court, vide it's order EOW CR No.I-155/2015 by a detailed order rejected the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail of the applicant, which was further confirmed by the learned Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) No.4290 of 2016 vide order dtd. 23rd May, 2016. The present application is moved in same crime again on the grounds which were very much available when the earlier bail application was rejected and the order was confirmed by the Apex Court.

Dusane 2/2 aba2090.2016 In my opinion, no case for reconsideration is made out. Hence, the same is rejected.
