The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 192 of 2016, registered with Azad Maidan Police Station, Mumbai, for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 408 read with 34 Indian Penal Code. The daughter of the applicant, the main accused Vrushali has siphoned the amount, which was the subject matter of crime in the account of the applicant and the applicant had permitted her to operate the account. There is prima facie involvement of the applicant. No case is made out for the pre-arrest bail. The application fails and hence rejected.
