DATE : JULY 9, 2019 P.C.:- The order impugned is dated October 9, 2014 passed by the State Government (State Minister for Revenue) whereby the appeal preferred by respondents came to be allowed. The order impugned as is rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner, is perverse, lacks reasons and also consideration. The order impugned is also cryptic. As such, the same is quashed and set aside. The appeal preferred by the respondents is restored to the file of the State Government for adjudication on the issues raised therein afresh.

We expect the State Government to decide the appeal expeditiously and in any case not beyond the period of nine months from the date of appearance of the parties. 3.

The petitioner and the respondents undertake to appear before the State Government on July 29, 2019. 4.
