In view of order dated 13 March 2023 in Criminal Bail Application No. 4093 of 2021, the applicant ought to have fled bail application before the trial Court. However, the same is not done. The said order reads thus:

"Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for about 3 1⁄2 years, the trial court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to fle a fresh bail application before the trial Court. The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.

In view of the above order, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, liberty is granted to fle a fresh bail application before the trial Court. 3.
