It is seen that ad-interim order was granted on 24th December, 2014. Subsequently, the matter has come up on board several times and every time the matter has been adjourned since the applicant has failed to furnish spare copy and take steps to serve the respondent.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the matter was to be listed on today's board. He has stated that since Uday S. Jagtap

4913-14-wp=.doc the matter is not listed, the ad-interim order granted earlier and which was continued till date, be extended.

By way of last opportunity, ad-interim order is extended till the next date. The petitioner is directed to furnish spare copy within 7 days. Thereafter, Registry to issue notice the respondent returnable after three weeks.

In the event, the applicant fails to furnish spare copy within stipulated time, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Stand over to 20th November, 2015.
