In view of the order passed on 28th July, 2015 in Writ Petition No.7499 of 2014, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner is not pressing this Petition. He states that he will participate in the pending arbitration. The Petition is disposed of as not pressed. The Petitioner is free to file appropriate application in the pending arbitration proceedings. However, we make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the right of the Petitioner to participate in the proceedings.
