Both the learned Counsel agree that this Contempt Petition can be disposed of by an undertaking from the Respondent to pay to the Contempt Petitioner a sum of Rs.45,000/-. Although the amount due was Rs.50,000/-, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner that Rs.5,000/- has been set off, as the same were costs imposed on the Contempt Petitioner to be paid to the Respondent.
