This writ petition was dismissed by the order of this Court dated 12/08/2016 for want of service on respondent No.3. It is prayed that the address of respondent No.3 is not available as she has left the previous address. However, petitioner i.e. the original complainant is ready and willing to serve respondent No.3 by issuing public notice. He prays that said permission be given and he also submits that on the earlier date i.e. 09/01/2015 in the main petition interim stay was granted. The said stay be granted. Nesarikar

In all three prayers are made by the learned counsel in this petition. Perused previous orders. All the three prayers are allowed. The petitioner is allowed to publish a notice in local English newspaper to serve respondent No.3. The earlier stay to continue till next date fixed on 23/02/2017.
