This petition is filed for seeking directions to respondents to take cognizance of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.09.2014. The petitioner relied upon the document at Exh.H at page 63 to the petition. Perusal of the said document reveals that the petitioner's advocate gave notice to the various officers of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority on 20.09.2014. The said notice is Uday S. Jagtap

4914-14-wp=.doc not in compliance with the provisions of Section 154 of the Cr.P.C. 3.

We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere in the petition. The petitioner however, is at liberty to give information to the officer incharge of the concerned Police Station under Section 154(1) of the Cr.P.C. In the event, such report / information is given, the concerned officer incharge of the concerned Police Station, shall inquire into the same and take appropriate decision and intimate the same to the petition within a period of 7 days. 4.
