The Learned AGP Mr. Rayrikar states that the representation made by the Petitioner dated 11-3-2015 (referred to in the letter dated 31-3-2015 as 18-3-2015), would be decided by the Respondent No.3 i.e. the Education Inspector, (West Zone) Jogeshwari (E) Mumbai 400060, by 30-4-2015. This is as per the instructions given vide letter dated 31-3-2015 of the Education Inspector. In view of the said statement, Mr. Tiwari the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner does not desire to proceed with the above Contempt Petition and seeks its withdrawal with liberty to file appropriate proceedings if the occasion so arises in future. The Contempt Petition to accordingly stand disposed of as withdrawn.
