Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the impugned order dated 12/11/2014 passed by the joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, KavatheMahankal, Dist. Sangli rejecting the application for amendment of the written statement filed by the Petitioners/original Defendant Nos.2 and 3, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
